I had the opportunity to work on some UAT using SFL simulator. Their Client support system is very efficient and there has been no delay in their responses to all of our queries. It would be better to have other mediums of communication like Skype,Teams etc. available.

Having utilised Safe Financials services for nearly 16 years, I can honestly say that the service they offer is outstanding. The level of knowledge and expertise the support team offer is second to none, and they are always on hand to offer advice and guidance. The simulator is an outstanding piece of kit which allows companies to conduct testing with the minimum of fuss, with the team experts in connecting you via multiple formats. Overall I would state that without access to SFL, and the knowledge the team have, we would truly struggle to achieve the results we have done.

The simulator is deal for testing CREST Instruction processing, input, and output messaging from your own test harness. Safe Financials are always up to date with the latest CREST GUI version, whih menas we have confidence when testing those changes pre-release. Helpdesk staff are very knowlegable and quick to assist with technical and business queries. All in, an excellent product to use for testing CREST interface software and business processing of CREST messaging.

Although my involvement is limited with Safe Finl these days i have always had excellent service and any issue or question is answered promptly and accurately. If only other companies offered such good service 10/10 from me

SimGUI is an excellent alternative to using Crest GUI trialling environment. Have been using this with year-round access since 2012 and have only come across a couple of minor differences between SimGUI and Crest, but nothing that has majorly impacted my testing. I can't speak to cost as that's not my department, but I believe it's significantly cheaper than using Crest at the rate we require for client testing and internal changes. It also eliminates the need for individual booking forms for each test window. The support staff are knowledgeable, helpful and respond promptly to queries.

I have found the Safe Financials CREST Simulator to be very useful for testing purposes, and the support team are always very helpful and quick to reply to my queries.

When carrying out any testing that involves Crest settlement we find sfl to be most helpful. They always react to any email requests promptly and answer any questions we may have in a clear and concise way. The team are always pleasant and cheerful when we interact either on the phone or by email. The results are always accurate and as true to "live" as possible. This makes life in a testing environment run as smoothly as feasible.
