Ordered a pair of Adidas sneakers, came faster than expected

I ordered a pair of Adidas sneakers but was sent the wrong size. I contacted them the day the shoes arrived and for 10 days now I have been phoning, emailing and getting absolutely nowhere. I get emails back from Emily but absolutely no information about what to do to resolve things. No address for returns, no indication as to whether there is a pair available in the correct size, no information about how to return them for a refund if the correct size isn't available. I was told today when I called for the umpteenth time that my message would be passed on to David Ishag who apparently owns the company and according to Companies House he is the sole director. Well, he needs to up his game. I am not impressed and I will be making a formal complaint to Trading Standards if I do not get a satisfactory reply in the next 48 hours. And now I have had a completely useless reply to this post - Emily has not been in touch for a week and I have not had any information about how to return these shoes. I have given details to Trading Standards and I hope they take the necessary action to prevent you from defrauding other customers.

Absolute scam…!! These are fakes… (admittedly they are half decent fakes) I can’t believe I paid over the odds for my fluffy dice Stussy tee. Should have listened to my instincts sizing was completely off. XL was more like a M and the dead give away was the tag was just stuck under the collar rather than stitched into the seam Worst part is when I’ve emailed them they do communicate quite well, until you ask for a refund. It’s now been over a week with zero correspondence
