Natalie was one of the best agents we worked with throughout our one-year house search. She was very communicative and professional, keeping us up to date with the latest progress throughout the chain. Natalie was the agent for the seller of our house and so was not working for us directly. However, from the moment we enquired about the property she was conscious of our needs and kept us informed whenever the situation of the various sellers in the chain changed. Her helpful updates ultimately allowed us to buy a lovely property we otherwise would have dismissed. Natalie was the estate agent for the seller in our chain and was so proactive and attentive in our chainthat I asked where I could post a review for them. Went to view a property, after showing up late the agent Sadie Collick was just on her phone, and spoke more about her upcoming holiday then the property. I just smiled and politely left, I won't be going back to RJ again.

Richard James are a very expensive dishonest estate agent. We used them because they were local but it was a big mistake they turned out to be very dishonest and time wasting. They send people to view your home that are not only not in a position to buy but not even on the market! This gains them a new customer! They don,t tell you this until after they offer they advise you to accept the offer as the buyers house is so saleable when it is not! Then the buyers finally sell at a reduced price and they expect you to offset their reduction! Advised all the way how genuine the buyers were and stick with them then they pull out after 7 months of waiting! Very bad advice very expensive very poor communication! Not recommended!
