When I purchased a new scooter from mobile mobility They made it so easy for me because my previous scooter was eight years old and they bought a new scooter to the house for me to look at? I decided to purchase the brand-new scooter and mobile mobility took the old scooter away and and they did all the paperwork regarding informing the DVLA plus my insurance company plus everything that was needed to transfer the new scooter officially into my name . As regarding the service, I could not fault them in any way at all. I was absolutely thrilled in the way all the work was done, I did not have to fill in any paperwork at all, so thank you so much. As soon as we walked into the showroom we were impressed. Beautifully set out . It smelt fresh and was superbly clean . We were enquiring about a travel mobility scooter . Information given was really helpful . Nicola/Helen showed us how easily it came apart etc . We returned home , phoned and asked a couple of questions. We decided that Mobile Mobility were the people for us ( plus we'd had 2 recommendations) and we purchased the scooter Nicola was very patient with us and showed us how to dismantle our machine,and put it in our car and answered all our questions .
