Purchased a golf trolley battery from the company. The customer service and aftercare response to questions/queries are personal and extremely quick. Coupled with the 5 years warranty against the product (12v Lithium Battery) I can’t recommend TopCaddy and Len highly enough. Anyone asking at my golf club will be told that they can purchase with confidence knowing that should anything go wrong with the product/purchase that they will be well looked after.

Having problems with my two batteries on my Patterson trio buggy I decided to change to a lithium battery, I looked at different firms and decided to chose Top Caddy, I'm glad I did having asked for advice Len got in touch with me and advised me what to get, the battery arrived next day, having used the battery once it only used 30% so I have no doubt it would be capable of 36 holes. I would not hesitate to anyone to use Top Caddy, thank you Len and your staff for a great service.

Great Service story. Had a problem with my battery from Topcaddy it died after 4 year, but lucky was a 12v, 36 hole battery guaranteed for 5 years. I was worried as this was on Wednesday and I was away golfing on the Saturday for acweek. 1 quick phone call and an email later. New battery had been dispatched and turned up next day!! What excellent service and top quality product from Len and the team at Topcaddy. Nothing too much for them, extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend them to anyone, customer service like this is hard to find never mind the quality product they supply.

Len at Topcaddy was very knowledgeable and provided a refurbished GolfSteam Vision electric golf trolley at a great price. It arrived in two days, well packaged and in good working order. A lot less risky than buying a used one on E-Bay.

Having damaged my motocaddy battery I was not prepared to pay for a replacement motocaddy branded product. I emailed Topcaddy and received a call from Len who was most helpful and gave me the relevant information regarding the correct Topcaddy battery. The product was delivered as promised and worked without any issues. Although I have not played 36 holes I have no doubt that the battery would stay the course!

I purchased a Lithium battery in 2020 for my single seat golf buggy. I noticed it was not charging correctly. On contacting Topcaddy they were so helpful and their advice was 100%. They sent a charger that arrived the next day to see if it was a charger problem. It was. Their PR is 100% and I would recommend them to anyone thinking of buying a Lithium battery. Well done Topcaddy and especially the gentleman that dealt with my problem.

Really helpful information from a very knowledgeable person, who answered all my questions, and talked me through the specification of the buggy i was interested in buying. the 24v 50 amp hour lithium battery supplied to me does not hold the charge over 18 golf holes when i complained to topcaddy someone named len spoke with me and would except no arguments on his battery but blamed my buggy for not completing 18 holes he said there must be a lose connection between the battery and buggy motorany thing but his battery i certainly would not buy a lithium battery from these people

Once the battery arrived, I discovered that I can't use it due to the fact I received a wrong cable, not compatible with my cart. Despite the reassurances from the seller, I've been waiting 20 days to receive the correct cable, ordered and paid separately. Last week (8th June) the seller states that he cannot prove the shipment of the cable, as it was sent by ordinary mail and not currier (as it should). I am sorry but I cannot believe that after 20 days a package still hasn't arrived from England to Italy. it would have already arrived in Australia too!!! In the end, I am still waiting for the cable and not able to use the new battery with my cart. More: I would advise against the purchase to be delivered to European countries. Delivery in more than 10 days and 65 euros for customs clearance, not exactly economically advantageous.

First experience with Top Caddy. Len was really helpful, excellent service. Bought an electric trolley yesterday afternoon, it arrived the following morning. Came with lots of freebies. Cant fault the amazing service.

If a company is judged by not the problem but by how it is handled, then Top Caddy gets full marks. I purchased an expensive Lithium Battery for my Golf Buggy 13 months ago, however being a Fairweather Golfer I do not use it over the winter months and took it off charge. In April this year put it back on charge but after two days the Battery was dead. I contacted Len and after some discussions, he thought it was the charger, so on his advice a purchased a new one from him. When it arrived, put the Battery on charge but again after two days Battery was still dead. Contacted Len again, he said no problem and shipped me a new Battery which arrived within 48 hours. Put it on a charge using my old charger and no problem, up to 24 Volts. Len then arranged for the Old Battery and the new Charger to be collected and is arranging to credited me with the cost of the new charger. We do a lot of our buying today online today, and it reassuring to deal with people like Top Caddy. The result is one very happy customer.

Have dealt with Top Caddy for several years now and have always found Len to be a courteous knowledgeable individual. I recently had a problem with my battery, on contacting Len my problem was discussed and within 48 hrs I had a brand new replacement battery. Excellent service from an excellent company. Thank you.
