I made an order over 2weeks ago I still haven't received it I got my invoice to prove it I ordered from here before but they won't contact me back

Ordered from them over a week ago for my mother who is suffering from a skin reaction to her cancer treatment. Paid for next day delivery. Have contacted them with no response. No product received. Do not purchase from this company!!!

I ordered two weeks ago . My order not delivered and have sent 12 messages and no one has got back to me . Load of rubbish lost £52.60 . Be careful
