We like many others had to arrange funeral flowers and spoke remotely to Tracy off the back of Googling, we had pretty special requirements and she quoted and sent pics of similar. I was so impressed with Tracy's response and price that i advised the family and we all ended up purchasing through her. The resulting flowers were truly to be proud of and on behalf of the family we thank her dearly, they stood out from the crowd.

I am currently having to quarantine in the Novotel Hotel at Heathrow. My husband wanted to cheer me up and my daughters also wanted to send some flowers for Mother’s Day. I received two amazing bouquets from Tracy at Brentford Florists. They have really lifted me and are brightening my otherwise monotonous quarantine. Brentford Florist “Tracy” did an amazing job for us, we had to order flowers at a short notice to be delivered early this morning for a double funeral of a dear friend and her husband. She sent us a photo of the bouquet, a mixture of flowers, lots of bright vibrant flowers, tropical colours. Tracy was a true life safer - I called her on Sat, Feb 13th at 6pm as I was looking for a bouquet to be delivered the day after - Valentine's Day and on a Sunday - for a client of mine (delivery in London, client currently based on the West Coast - USA). I know it was almost impossible (everybody had already placed the orders days in advance and not all florists can guarantee a delivery on a Sunday, even if it's V-Day) but I tried since Tracy already helped me in the past. She confirmed straight away, she sent me pics of how the arrangement would have looked like and she confirmed. It was all set in less than 5 min and the day after the flowers were delivered in the AM. I cannot thank you more Tracy!! You are the best!!!

My beloved mum passed away suddenly a few days before Christmas. Aside from the shock, the process of organising a funeral during this pandemic period has been difficult. I googled top florists and #BrentfordFlorist appeared. Tracy responded immediately to my brief of ‘a walk in raw nature’ for my mum's casket and I couldn’t have placed my faith in a better florist. Tracy re-interpreted my brief as: 'wrapping my mum in a blanket of raw nature’ and when the hearse arrived, I burst into tears. Tracy had created a entire wild meadow of flowers, grasses, seeds! It was just stunning with even the funeral director remarking on its magnificence. My mum would have loved the creativity that Tracy put into this spray alongside the passion and personalised text message that Tracy sent (to my mum) while the funeral was underway. It was pure luck to have landed upon Brentford flowers when others hadn't responded in good time. But I will be returning again and again and can’t thank them enough.
