I ordered from NYCBED.com a omega coffee table. I was worried of this was a scam. But I got my coffee table in 2 weeks. Im happy. Definitely 5stars

Ordered a table from them. Got the order confirmation. Three weeks later, nothing delivered, so I went to their website to check. Order had been cancelled. It happens, but when it does, you would think they would notify me. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

1st I would not even give them 1 star, but unfortunately, you have to. I ordered a bed a month ago, they charged my card, and 2 weeks later I am calling to find out where the bed is. They never shipped it but charged my card when the order was placed. This is a sham of a business they only have 1 person on staff and never return your phone calls. They will even give a time and not return your call. They then drop shipped the bed and it was dumped on my doorstep. No one signed for it and they shipped the wrong footboard. Now they are telling me i cant get the footboard i ordered. They have not offered any compensation nor will they allow me to speak with a manager (apparently they only have a 1 person staff). I will be contesting the charges on my card and will be finding someone else.

I like this store so much. I love to purchase furniture from here.
