This review is long overdue. I have been using Cater Nation for 10+ years now. Communication with them is outstanding. As soon as you place your online order you have your invoice. If you need to make any revisions to your order they will do this for you. It saves so much time trying to get in touch with the restaurant. They even call you prior to delivery to confirm everything. I have never had a bad experience.

They never disappoint - even in a pinch!

This is an amazing service. I love having all of the catering choices in one spot. And I love that my corporate account is saved, so I don't have to look up account numbers each time. The only draw back is that many of the restaurants have a minimum that is too high in my opinion. I also feel like some locations should logically have more restaurant options. I had an order delivered to an office in Detroit. I was surprised that I had so few choices.

Will never go back to ordering "on my own". Love that Cater Nation oversees my whole order process and sends me notifications. Have recommended to others in our business as well. Only way to GO!
