Dear trust pilot this is my business and my trust pilot page for my business, that was set up by my father who also built my website, where it is linked to but somehow someone else has claimed this page for theirs and neither of us have the ability to access it. Our experience with Titan was a complete fiasco. We ordered a Back Door. The door frame was delivered on the right day. The door panel was coming separately and should have been delivered the following day. We waited in all day and after numerous phone calls at our expense we were promised it would come the following day before 9.30 am. 9.30 came and went but no delivery. About 11 am Titan rang us to say it had been delivered to the wrong address but as it wasn't too far from us it would be quicker to collect it ourselves. We had wasted so much time waiting in we felt we had no option but to collect it. So we got it home and unpacked it, to check it was the right panel, only to find it was damaged. So more phone calls at our expense. They had to make another panel which took two more weeks. We had to cancel our Joiner, so he lost a days work and he was disgusted because he had actually recommended Titan to us. Titans Customer Service is terrible and we won't be using them again and will definitely not be recommending them.
