The owner was mad that I haven’t specified that I’m staying in a hotel, so the package was hold into local GLS Warehouse at Brindisi, so I went there with my rental car to pick it up in my own 62KM from my point … The address of the hotel was valid if you Google search it you will see that it is Hotel Victoria address so the owner of the shop is responsible to quadruple check the address not me… I’m very unsatisfied of the communication with the Geckoshop owner or customer representative … I will not buy again from Geckoshop, because one of the sunglasses sets which I’ve ordered (2 x Escape Me.Too V1.0) was opened, like used it was having fingerprints on the outside of the glass and in the inside of the glass as well … !!! P.S. just adding this last row because the seller (GeckoShop) is snide enough to reply again total crap/bullsh1t and to tell total lies as a reply … I want to assure you that the availability of the seller to work on Sunday is his own choice, he should not cry that I contacted him on Sunday, he is having WhatsApp button on his web site so if such button is available that means that it is his choice to work weekends … anyway, the true fact here is that the seller send the sunglasses: 1. Without even checking the address that it is a hotel, it is near to the mind that I’m foreigner on vacation because even my WhatsApp number is Bulgarian, so dear seller if you again send to foreigners in Italy bear in mind that if you see foreign mobile number just quadruple check, don’t be dumb like now ;) 2. The seller is snidely assuring me that their department did quality checks before sending me the 2 x sets of sunglasses and one of the sets is completely having fingerprints on the inside and outside of the glass/lens …. This is truly ridiculous buddy, I told you in WhatsApp and I’ll write it again here in the review, this is gypsy behavior… when you start serving your customers properly then you will sell more … period ! But with your gypsy behavior and snide steps I doubt so … !
