United Kingdom | 21 July 2021Bought at least 5 products from them over a period of about 5 years. Unfortunately, when emailed them concerning the malfunction of one of their blenders they never answered. Time to change manufacturer.

Canada | 18 January 2020We have bought 3 Ninja blenders in the past couple of years. We use it just for smoothies about 4 times a week. We wash each part by hand just in case the dishwasher is too hard on it. With each blender the lid at some point will crack...or a part will fly off and we cannot use it. Trying to re-order this part online is impossible. I had to use a magnifying glass to read the model number. Each time I punched in the model number it came up with "whoops....that's not the right model number." Finally got to where I could send in an email request...got a call from a guy one night and said he would send out a new lid....I should receive it within 2 weeks. I finally received the lid about 3-4 weeks later. Guess what? Wrong lid!!!! Now I'm trying to get a hold of someone at customer service to re-send the correct lid and to find out where I mail back the one they sent. It is sooooo frustrating. NOT a very friendly user website and there doesn't appear to be a real person to talk to. I don't think I will be buying Ninja Blender again!
