I normally do not leave reviews for companies I never officially ordered from, but this feels warranted based off several other negative reviews I have seen. I placed an order for a dress I intended to wear to a wedding. Because I am in the US, my bank blocked the transaction. Very understandable because they were worried about fraud! So naturally once I approve it was me, I re-order this dress. The ARMEDANGELS website said there was an error with my card information. I figure okay, no problem, I can put it in again. So I put the information in a second time and it goes through. Imagine my surprise when I open my bank account and see TWO pending charges, not one. I never even received a confirmation email. I have worked in retail and understand that there are errors, so I figure hey, it's no big deal I'm sure it's just some accident. I reach out to the ARMEDANGELS customer service team to clear this up because how can I have 2 charges and no confirmation email? The rep proceeds to tell me they actually have 0 payments from me. Again, how considering my bank account says otherwise? We have some back and forth about this and the rep suggests I ask my bank to see if they are canceled. I ask my bank and the woman there said one is canceled. So I tell this to the rep and they say that they have 0 payments from me so both should be canceled. I ask my bank again and she tells me they are. What I still cannot understand is how #1 I got charged twice when I re-ordered the dress SINCE they claim to never have received payment from me and #2 how my orders were "canceled" when they claim they never have received payment from me. The rep I spoke to was nice about it, but there is something about it that seems off. I saw others talk about this same "double charge" issue before, so I wanted to share my experience. At least for me, none of the charges went through officially, but I don't understand how any of this even happened. It seems like something isn't adding up. It's a shame because many of the other reviews are very positive and I was looking forward to this dress. However, I think it's too much of a hassle.

Insgesamt wirklich zufrieden und glücklich über das faire Label :) Selten sitzen die Schnitte nicht so richtig gut und 'beulen' ein bisschen aus und ich habe das Gefühl, dass die Produkte seitdem 'faire Mode' etwas mehr en vogue ist, auch etwas teurer wurden. Ich gebe gerne mehr für faire Kleidung aus, muss es mir aber dennoch auch noch leisten können. Aber alles in allem ist alles prima - es sind nur Denkanstöße für eine stetige positive Weiterentwicklung :)

Ich mag Armed Angels schon lange, aber jetzt bin ich echter Fan. Ich hatte im Dezember eine Jeans bestellt, die schon zwei Monaten später ein Loch am Knie hatte. Nun habe ich Armed Angels zwei Bilder und eine nette Mail geschickt und keine 10 Minuten später (!) war das komplette Geld wieder bei paypal gutgeschrieben. Wow! Danke! Das nenne ich unkomplizierten Service. Natürlich bestelle ich da gleich eine neue Hose :)

Der Kunden-Support von Armedangels ist TOP! Schnelle Rückmeldung, persönliche Ansprache, konstruktive Hilfe, Schnelle und einfache Umsetzung. Wirklich gut!

Das Kleid ist wunderschön, toller Stoff und genau wie beschrieben. Eine kleine Naht ist zwar schnell kaputt gegangen, aber der Kundenservice war super fix & entgegenkommend! Bestelle dort auf jeden Fall wieder!
