A great service. Would not hesitate to recommend this company. I had previously bought some items from them and the service I received was outstanding. Quick delivery and items in really good condition. Just ordered another two iPhones and already they have been despatched. Also they weren’t happy with the quality of one of my items so emailed me to offer an alternative they had also tried to contact me by phone. So it’s clear to me that they go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I wouldn’t buy refurbished phones from anywhere else.

Very good experience with the process of choosing and buying. Requested and paid for a phone in very good condition and from the website description expected some slight wear and tear but disappointed that there were 2 dents on the back . There is a 12month warranty , i hope nothing goes wrong with the phone + if I have to return it , the dents will not be attributed to my handling. My confidence in the product is low.

Phone came in perfect condition. Took a long time to update to the newest IOS but that could have been a fault on my part. I ordered it over the Christmas / new year period so it did take a week to come but overall the service was good. I emailed to ask why it was taking so long to arrive and they politely emailed me back to let me know they were out of the office during this period.
