Gave us a free sample of color swatches. That really helped us ensure we were getting the exact color we wanted. The curtains came in good shape and seem to be working great at noise cancelling (our main reason for buying). We we actually be buying more curtains soon.

We needed a drape for an arched opening into the master bathroom dressing area. The nicetown drape was very pretty . It was heavy fabric and lined with noise reduction fabric . In addition instead of a standard white liner for the drape they allowed us to use the same drape fabric for the back side... so now the drape looks double sided and it has the sound proofing inside the two layers of heavy fabrics. The price was great. The drape size was custom to fit the arch. The delivery was very fast. And everyone we emailed with questions was very helpful. We are very happy thank you

As this was both my new office area and the "guest" area with our sleeping sofa I wanted something that would separate the hall and cut down on noise. This curtain was exactly what I needed to provide privacy and eliminate distractions. The price was well worth it for me.

Our velvet drapes are beautiful at an acceptable cost. The first ones we ordered were delivered in a timely manner. The second order was just before Christmas for my wife's December 30th birthday, but it was delayed by weather. The company did everything it could to ensure its delivery.

Curtains are sheer, can see through them. When you call customer service, line hangs up after 4 busy signals. No response to text either. Want to cancel 2nd order - conveniently, no one to talk to.

I have ordered almost $1000 worth of curtians from Nicetown. One set has one panel that is nothing but crap. It doesn't hang evenly. You can clearly see that the panel is uneven at the bottom. When I contact them they offered me a $30 refund. Are they serious! Do business with them at your own risk because if something is wrong they won't work with you. Typical Chinese company, untrustworthly and usually in the rip customer off frame of mind. By the way I took the curtians to my semtress to see if you could even out the hem. Becuase the curtains are so badly cut I will loss 4 inches from the bottom of each panel that makes them too short. And the cost to fix them so they are even, over $200 since the curtains have to be completely taken apart and remeasured. Bad company run by awful people. They have even stop responding to me requests to resolve the problem. Buy at your own risk.
