United States | 30 April 2023I made an order and somehow got signed up for their rewards at a $16.95/month charge. They sign you up automatically when you order with your card w/o your knowledge. I'm sure there's some small print hidden somewhere though. Be aware! Horrible business practice! It's too bad because I liked their product. I'll never order from this company again!

United States | 31 March 2023AWFUL!!!!!! Absolute worst store card I have ever used. I had purchased several pair of underwear for my boyfriend and signed up for the card to use the rewards. They ran large so I needed to exchange them, which required a separate purchase. When made the return, it was not received during the billing cycle. I went to pay on the day it was due and they require payment online by 5pm Eastern Time. One minute after and it's a $30 late fee. Once they received the return, instead of crediting the account they issued a GIFT CARD, which took time to receive and by the time I got it and called, ANOTHER LATE FEE had been issued. I spent over an hour on the phone sorting all of this and it took two different days because though the late fee had been "assessed" it was not reflected on the bill so I had to call back again for that. THESE TACTICS ARE DECEPTIVE AND DESIGNED TO SCAM MONEY

United States | 19 March 2023They auto-enrolled me in the rewards program and then customer service gave me a hard time about cancelling and said I had to sign in to cancel, but I had no way of getting my password to sign in to cancel. Called again, they were rude. So I swore never to order from kingsize again. But apparently my husband forgot and he ordered something and it happened again. Auto -enrolled. Really, who pays for a rewards program? this time the customer service was friendly and refunded the 3 months.

United States | 15 March 2023Placed an order and they auto enrolled me into their rewards program. Called in to get refunded. They told me I clicked in the Free Shipping Join Now button and that automatically enrolled me. But they still charged me shipping. Apparently you have to send receipts in for a shipping refund, which is how they get you AGAIN because most probably don't go through that hassle, forget, or are like me and didn't even know I was member and that was required. It's unfortunate. Love their clothes for my husband, but will not give my money to someone who frauds me. They did refund my account. Customer service was rude. Maybe they get sick of all the calls over this.

United States | 22 February 2023I purchased gifts for my son, and didn't realize that KingSize was charging me a monthly membership fee after my purchase. So.........I was taken for over $16 for several months before I realized it. BEWARE, they claim it is noted when you purchase from them. Get out a magnifying glass, I still can't find it.

United States | 21 February 2023I gave two stars because I like the products I’ve received and that’s it. Every month I wait for a billing statement and every month I don’t receive one. I’m not enrolled in paperless and NEVER receive an online statement, or even a notification if I forget about it. Ever. I paid the entire balance and didn’t order anything and three months later I get a call about an outstanding balance of $75. What???? I’m not enrolled in any membership program or subscription service. Where did this charge come from? I have no idea as I can never login to my online account without a huge hassle, every single time. The automated bill pay is a major pain as well. When I pay this new balance off I will never use this card again.

United States | 05 January 2023Once again nothing but trouble from this company. My son gets his important mail and packages delivered to my PO Box so that means I have multiple accounts. Even though he doesn't live with me or have a account. It's the new day and age you don't leave packages on the porch and he works all day and lives in a rural area. I'm not the only mom that has their kids important mail delivered to their house. So just like always instead of paying the claims they denied them all and canceled my account without even asking me any questions or anything. What a great company. They need to train their sales people better they keep telling every time I place a order I'm eligible for their rewards program Even after I tell them I already am a member they say that is ok you can try it out for a month. Sorry that's not how your rules work so maybe some training your personal would help some of the issue also.

The owner of this company should be jailed for fraud. Never again will I purchase anything from them! Instead of relying on quality products, they scam everyone! Freak you azzholes!

United States | 03 August 2022A rewards program provides benefits based on your purchases (for ex., points usable in future purchases). Their "Member Rewards" is more akin to a club, like Sam's Club or CostCo, where you pay an annual fee to become a member for a year. Except KingSize's Member Rewards charges $14.99 MONTHLY. Unless you're buying enough for your shipping and codes to offset $180 a year, it's not worth it. In my case, where I haven't bought clothes from them from over a year, that's money down the drain. And that's just the beginning; the amount of catalogs they send me and my wife for their multiple brands is a small forest-worth of paper. Trying to stay top-of-mind with their marketing sure is expensive in terms of our environment.

United States | 14 June 2022New Balance 990 tennis shoes in wide aren't easily accessible, finally found them online here (at this DECEIVING company), and placed the order/paid in full. I didn't question the "Free Shipping" at the time of purchase simply bc TRUE free shipping is typically offered when spending over a certain amount. Then I see a $14.95 recurring monthly charge on my account that I utilized when ordering from King Size. I never gave the company authorization for this, I never intentionally signed up for anything when placing this order, and I had never even heard of this company until I was browsing for a well known product - New Balance and was referred to the company link. After thorough investigating it is confirmed that this company obtained authorization simply by deceptive practice!!! When the order is placed and "free shipping" is offered, DON'T TAKE THE BAIT. If you accept "free shipping" you're opting for a membership ... which includes: annoying numerous emails, offers with maybe 5% off coupons, and the hidden $14.95 monthly fee. I contacted the company to cancel the membership and the associate was helpful, however she had the audacity to verbalize to me ... "all other major retailers have similar programs". Incorrect ma'am!! All other major retailers need to be aware of this company's deceptive practices. I'm certain most wouldn't want their name brand associated with this fraud. I would never refer anyone to this company.

United States | 21 May 2022I absolutely LOVE Kingsize Tee shirts. They fit extremely well and are durable. So when I received an offer to purchase three of these incredible men's shirts at $10.00 each I naturally jumped on it. Well, found out I could not order them online. Got on the live chat with a Kingsize customer service rep and was promptly informed I would need to call a special number so I did. The rep who answered the call was very pleasant and personable and yes, I was able to purchase the three shirts at the advertised price. The trouble was, after providing all of the information required I was then informed I would need to purchase an additional shirt at a price of $21.00. This brought my total purchase to $70.00. I was using my wife's bank card to make this purchase and yes, I had her permission but she hit the roof when she found out what it cost us. I think these are unfair and deliberate targeting of people attempting to take advantage of an advertised bargain and is highly unethical. I cannot say if it was the rep or if this is company policy but in either case, much as I love their shirts, I will buy elsewhere from now on.

United States | 19 May 2022I've tried several times to collect my rewards and or apply "afterward" for my free shipping privileges without success because your company has made a process, that with other companies is so simple, ridiculous and seemingly purposely overcomplicated so that people give up. Why not have the "supposed" free shipping kick in automatically? Stop making people jump through hoops, it makes you all look like thieves.

Well yes I have because you keep canceling them saying I have multiple then . Say oh no you don't and I have to open a new one. Plus my card did get hacked and since it has to go through a card and not a account you have to cancel your account and start over because they can't change your payment method. They need to get there act together

United States | 27 April 2022Please be aware that this company might slip that $14.95 charge on your account without your authorization or if they get that authorization it is through a deceptive practice. I will never purchase another item from this company. They then told me that all major retailers have similar programs but I don't get similar charges. It may not be theft or fraud but it is so very close.

United States | 22 April 2022I noticed 5 months of $14.95 charges on my credit card from King Size Rewards, went to opt out, there website says log in to account, them from account drop down says go to cancel membership, no such option anywhere on the website! Terrible practice, never authorized them to charge me every month regardless of they will tell you! Be very cautious when placing any order!
