Purchasing was easy

I have met Robert Long at the offices in London and got to know him a little. He keeps in touch which is great, and I told him I was thinking of investing again in more whisky. He was not at all pushy but, when I asked him about an investment he quickly came back to me with suggestions and then advised me on what he thought was best. Within hours, possibly minutes! I didn't check, I had an invoice for my whisky which I paid and within hours of that I had my Certificate f Ownership. The whole thing was done very efficiently and very pleasantly. I am now the happy owner of hundreds of litres of whisky some of which I intend to sample in due course.

As a new and fairly inexperienced investor in Whisky I found the whole process and experience very straightforward. I dealt with Matt from start to finish who explained it all clearly, gave advice and options, and walked me through it step-by-step. I found Matt to be very friendly, personable and was incredibly quick at replying to my emails and messages. Overall a great experience.
