Super easy to clean, nice sized bowl. I really like that the glass mouthpiece is protected because that's what I kept breaking on my last piece. The controls are pretty intuitive and easy to use. I honestly didn't even look at the instructions, just opened it up and started using it. The battery life could always be better, but it has never died on me and I charge it about every/to every other day.

Puri5 is a great company. I have owned two different vaporizers and they are phenomenal. It is clear that Puri5 considers their customers' experience and health. Their products are safe and last for years, what else could you ask for? I recently purchased the Titanic 3 and it's a great vape! - It will bring you to rest at the bottom of the sea in the best way.

I have had this unit for two weeks now. First thing the bubbler will not hold the water inside without weeping out. The Magnum 3 already will not work anymore as it is giving me a protect error right from the turn on. So basically I bought a $160 paper weight. I will update if the warranty is honored.

Poor customer service. I never received my pen. I've been trying to get any feedback with no luck. Their phone line just rings with no answer and no voicemail is available. I've e-mailed multiple times with no response. Even a direct message on Insta Gram and nothing. It's been over 14 days since I paid for my order and still have not received my product. And to have no feedback is very unprofessional. No signature required upon delivery for a product this expensive is not acceptable. ***Update. I reached out to FedEx, they say that they consider my package lost and they are currently waiting for PURI5 to file a claim with them to resolve this issue. PURI5 initially emailed me asking my claim #. Of course, I provided the # right away. It's been about two weeks and FedEx has still not got the claim from PURI5 on their end. So I reached out for an update and PURI5 is ignoring my emails. Absolutely no response. I've been trying to get any feedback with no luck. Please reply to my messages PURI5. I ordered on April 19 and still no product or help resolving this issue. ****Also, if PURI5 just adds a shipping insurance option at checkout this would NOT be an issue. It is NO EXTRA cost to PURI5 and the customer would be guaranteed to get the merchandise we paid for. "Route" is a shipping insurance provider widely used by many companies. PURI5 please consider providing this very necessary option. Doesn't cost you a penny. *****Your reply to my review is very troubling. FedEx claims full responsibility BUT they need PURI5 to do their part in filing the claim. No consideration at all. I'm not the only one either. Another review from April 14 also never received their pen. FedEx will help!! If PURI5 files the claim that the product was not received by customer!!!

Great vape. Heats up fast. Just wish battery lasted longer.

It's a neat little device, works well and I feel like it's a healthier alternative to smoking. There's definitely a learning curve, and the instructions could be a little more thurough, but I'm getting the hang of it. Over all I'm very happy with it.
