Great device and I think the only thing it lacks is a better written manual. So many of us old timers are returning to an activity we started in the early 60’s and now that the methods have really changed, some of the accessories are just not aligned with our old methodology. Getting that water attachment filled took 4 tries once I figured it out. Nice to know you won’t ruin a $250 expenditure by a 5 second f#@% up

Great vape. I found it very easy to use and the cooling system with the cooling water bubbler works great. I find that I can get a little bit hot with the mouthpiece so the water bubbler is a perfect addition. I love how the heat can reach A convection Vape temp that is perfect for vaping dry herb efficiently.

It’s was a cool concept but was long for no reason.

Battery life is a little low but it’ll last a good 4-5 hours of solid use other wise works great

The bubbler attachment doesn’t work despite advice and their are no instructions on how to use it properly. The unit has a small battery life easily drained within minutes. Also you have to buy the real charging doc separately and it comes with a small cheap usb micro cord which easily slips out. However I like the unit and it produces a quality vape. All in all it does what I need it to do. I do not recommend it for heavy/long sessions.

I've called the 516 number mutliple times. No answering machine, no call back. The device overheats too bad for me to feel safe to keep it in my house with kids.
