I love how the Titanic 2 fits in my hand the only thing I don't like is the plastic mouth piece I will definitely be purchasing a glass mouth piece soon to upgrade my tip, overall I love using my Vape everywhere I go thanks Puri5....

United States | 26 March 2021I purchased the magnum 2 and water filtration addition a few weeks ago. The vaporizer itself works great but the water filtration piece is defective and leaks. I've reached out to the puri5 customer service a few times on facebook but never heard back from them. So I guess its just the luck of the draw if you'll get a piece that works or not. I was very disappointed because I was so excited to try it out.

United States | 25 March 2021I received it yesterday (Only 2 DAYS After I ordered it btw) & have already been using it. So far, I LOVE the smoothness of the draws. I love the ease of filling & I absolutely ADORE the water pipe attachment. My Only complaint is that the darn thing gets REALLY hot. They need to make a sleeve for it that protects your hand from the heat of the thing. But seriously, that's the only thing I can find to complain about this vape. It's easy to clean out & repack, it's just the easiest flower vape I've found so far to maintain, which is good for me because the ones that required intricate cleaning usually lasted as long as the 3rd cleaning before I got tired of maintaining the things & put them up. I think I found my new best friend. But seriously Puri5 guys, can you make a sleeve for the thing to protect our hands from the searing heat? Thanks!

United States | 23 March 2021I am not overtly happy with this product. Now maybe I have not quite figured out how to use it correctly but I cannot get a good draw from it. It is fully charged with fresh flower ground up in it, then the mouth piece gets too hot to draw from so I put it down and use other devices to satisfy myself. UPDATE: Tried again as the reply above states. No change. Tried Bubbler attachment, and couldn't even fill the chamber. Temp is at Factory 374 deg.

I literally received a reply that was just “yes”- no capitalization, no punctuation, no professionalism. You’re doing yourself a disservice, truly. I loved the titanic3 and it’s possibly the best vape I’ve ever used for dry product, but I will never spend another dollar with your company due to your garbage customer service. I’m still waiting on a replacement or refund for the overheating magnum3 I purchased, which your representative didn’t seem to believe me or was just being rude. Your products aren’t cheap, your customer service is. To clarify, I work in customer service myself and there’s no excuse. Disappointing and upsetting.

Especially if you bought it thinking you will save money, because it burns weed so fast and tastes so horrible.
