United Kingdom | 17 June 2013As a director of a web company, I know what works and what doesn't when selling on the web. The site is great, they help you choose the best light, they make it so simple that I would argue why you would go anywhere else... then the problems started. My order was placed June 7th. It is now July 8th and still no products! Twice they claim it has simply got lost. Now I am prepared to give them the benefit of the doubt on this as it can happen although twice is very unusual. Then I get told they will do recorded delivery. I phone back a few days later and there is no renewed order. So I order again. They say it is recorded and I will have it by the wednesday. It didn't turn up. They said there was a delay and the item wasn't in stock blah blah blah but now it is. I have now received my first email confirmation that the order has been shipped which now makes me doubt it the first 2 lots went out at all. I was supposed to receive it by Friday (5th July) still no delivery. It is now Monday and there is no tracking on the royal mail tracking info. For those that ask why I didn't just cancel is simple. Each time I was led to believe it was on its way. I lead a busy life and the thought of cancelling, going somewhere else to buy and then having to go to the post office to return unwanted items really doesn't appeal to me. So all in all a total disaster and whether lost or because of items out of stock, they have led me on at every stage and it is still not resolved. Suddenly, the great web site seems majorly insignificant!

There is so much to choose from and to do the job properly you need to have some understanding of what Lumens, Watts, light temperatures in degrees Kelvin and fitting types are all about. Or you can talk to someone from Light Rabbit, give them an indication of the what and where for the LED lights and they will do their best to advise you of the most suitable lamps to do the job. If you don't like what you're sent you have 28 days to return them for a full refund. You can't say fairer than that!

United Kingdom | 12 June 2013Following helpful advice from Pawel I bought some LED spot lights to replace the dire low energy bulbs in a new build flat back in June 2013. They have made such a difference offering instant and really effective illumination. Unfortunately one recently failed prematurely so I contacted Light Rabbit to ask about a replacement. Much to my surprise and to my delight, Pawel immediately dispatched a replacement free of charge. This is exceptional customer service and the reason why I will continue to use Light Rabbit to meet my lighting needs.

United Kingdom | 26 April 2013Had problems trying to order and wasn't told item was actually out of stock. I placed order and paid straight away using paypal. Never received order confirmation and whenever I rang to find out what was going on no one called me back. Delivery did not arrive when they told me it would. I wish I had tried some other company who offered same prices and faster delivery. Not sure if I'll be using again.

Ireland | 26 April 2013I wrote a review explaining that the dimmable bulbs i ordered were flickering even when turned off and within an hour i received a phone call from the company explaining that i needed to replace my dimmer switch in order for these bulbs to work properly so i will give this a go. I am extremely impressed with the customer service as a regular online customer with various companies this is hard to find.

United Kingdom | 23 April 2013I ordered a large quantity of LED GU10 lamps they were delivered on time and the order was correct, I fitted all of the lamps and discovered 3 were damaged :-( I used the contact form on the website to let lightrabbit.co.uk know. I got a prompt response and the damaged lamps were replaced free of charge without any problems. I will use lightrabbit.co.uk again. Thanks

Ireland | 18 April 2013So- according to Mary the broken bulb couldn't break - and no you do not reply to emails on [email protected] or any other address - and I still have not got that bulb I ordered in Feb - perhaps the 5 year guarantee means you deliver within 5 years. - I know this is a good place to buy from when all goes well but the real test of a company is what they do when something goes wrong and lightrabbit seem to have a policy of just ignoring you. Looks like I have just lost my money - learn from my mistake folks and go elsewhere.

United Kingdom | 17 April 2013When the parcel arrived in 7 days, I thought it was reasonable, from Jersey, but 1 item was missing & no documents!? After waiting a week, in case the missing item was following, I had to request clarification. The reply took 2 days & was an emat message to say that the missing item is on back-order... No indication of expected delivery date & no option to order a replacement, or to cancel!? Pretty poor customer service really, which has lessened my opinion of the company!
