We decided to try Wristco out on a small order to see how the quality was as the product is very economical. We ordered late on a Monday and they arrived to our facility on Wednesday. We are in Canada so this is a great feat as stuff usually take 3-5 days from the US. We liked the product and used the online tool to make custom bands and they came out better than expected. We will definitely be using them on a go forward basis now.

Received product as advertised in less than 1 week. I did have some technical difficulties with the website. Had to re enter address multiple times as I kept getting an error message when I tried to submit. I phoned the office and the tech help fixed the issue

I am in a business that hosts frequent events and the assortment of choices here is perfect. I'm to the point that when I'm in the market for wristbands, I immediately go to Wristco first. I only go to other vendor websites to fulfill my competitive pricing obligation but Wristco is hands-down the cheapest and has the best quality. I recommend this company's products and the service was prompt. My problem was with the shipping of my order. I think the Smart Ship option with Fed Ex should not even be on the list. This form of shipping is too unreliable. It took me over two weeks to get a shipment that should have only take a few days to receive. The item was sent to Ellenwood, GA where it sat there for five days without going anywhere else.
