I willingly paid extra for three day shipping because we needed more wristbands for our event at the last minute. When I order from Amazon Prime, three business days means three business days, including the day on which you order. Imagine my surprise when I waited all day long, and my order didn't arrive. I had to make special arrangements to have someone else bring them to the event because we were leaving early the next morning. You are in the event business!!! And no event coordinator wants this kind of problem! I was was extremely disappointed. Wristbands are a very small piece of any event, but if they don't arrive it causes a very big problem.
