service was good - i was telephoned prior to shipping to check details. Order arrived promptly in good condition. Was disappointed with one item- the circus carriages- this included just 3 animals, not 4 as described. Also the animals will not fit through the 'sling bridge' which was another part of my order. I would have liked to have known this prior to ordering so that i could make an informed decision about my purchase.

A very helpful company who's knowledge of their products is fantastic. I used this site to buy items for my son's birthday and with their damaged packaging and no boxed items I was able to save as a 3yr old dosen't worry about the box. I will be using them again.
