This is my first time doing any kind of 1-1 personal training also. However, from the start James made me feel comfortable, tailoring each workout to my specific needs and goals. He knows when to push you on and when to hold some back in the tank. My only regret: not doing this sooner! The programs are challenging and that’s what I wanted. To get lost in the time I’m there so that I can truly focus on it. My sessions with James have never felt like a chore; compared with the years I spent in the gym.

Ireland | 16 October 2024I'm training with James seven weeks. This is my first time with a personal trainer and the difference is massive compared to going to a regular gym. From the start james listened to my needs and has developed a programme to meet them I can already see results with weight loss and increased strength. James is very diligent during the sessions and there is no hiding. He watches every lift and gives feedback. His line is "the last rep should look like the first". James has given great tips on nutrition which is giving results. The app he uses is easy to use and to track workouts, meals etc. Easy to see your progress. I would highly recommend James for your fitness/strength journey.

Ireland | 30 March 2024After nearly two months of personal training with James I could not recommend him enough. I came to James after years of aimlessly walking around gyms, using machines with no rhyme or reason, feeling anxious in the gym and getting no results. After a diagnosis of damage to my back the dangers of this way of training became clear. From the education I've received from James in this short amount of time I no longer worry about hurting myself, as I know James has drilled the good form into me. I am more confident to go to the gym by myself, and with having my plan on the app my workouts feel more purposeful and productive than ever. On a personal level James is lovely to train with, really encouraging and accommodating. I work a very busy schedule and have happened to aquire every ailment possible over the last few weeks. James always manages to slot me in around work and has made tweaks each week so I get the most from each session. I really enjoy my sessions with James from the workouts to the laughs and the bonus free counselling sessions as I train! Highly highly highly recommend!!

When I started, I had been out of the gym for a few months, and the hybrid approach has worked so well for me. Through in-person PT sessions, online programming and regular check-ins with James I feel I've gained my confidence back in the gym and in myself, learned new techniques and made huge improvements since I started. James is a great trainer and motivator, engages totally in every call or session and really cares about your progress. I know that no question is too stupid to ask (except the stupid ones) and James is always at the end of the phone or an email. Highly recommend.

James takes time to explain each movement, exercise- and is patient in his approach to his clients. Ireland | 16 August 2023I have being training with James since last October and I absolutely love it. I used to always dread going the gym or doing any weight training as I always felt pressure. However with James he is great for explaining things and keeping you on top of training. He thought me not to expect big changes quickly. I always put pressure on myself to try lose weight and expect a quick fix result, however James put me into a great mindset to eat well, train well, while not starving myself and being able to have a social life 🙂 would highly recommend.

I was made feel so welcome and shown everything I needed to know! Not ever attending a gym similar to this before I was a bit nervous but that changed super quick!
