Die Decke kam an und ist super weich, aber die Packung ist während der Transport offensichtlich auf gegangen, sodass der Packet mit "nachgebessert von GLS" nachgeklebt werden musste. Es sind keine Pflegeinfoblatt/Lieferschein mit der Decke geliefert worden, also gehe ich davon aus, dass diese beim Transport verloren gegangen sind. Nach zwei Nächte merke ich schon, dass die Decke ganz schön viel fusselt, was laut deen FAQ dank den Wool-Blend nicht statt finden sollte. Finde ich enttäuschend.

I am actually quite satisfied with the blanket. The colours are really vibrant and the shipping was fast, I don‘t appreciate shipping via GLS though.

I just bough another of the same blanket, the price quality ratio is insane. Thick, cosy, vibrant. Love it!

Sehr schöne Decke! Hätte mir noch etwas Info über Material und Herkunft und vielleicht noch ne Waschanleitung mit der Lieferung gewünscht.

The product page makes it seem like the blanket is 100% alpaca wool. On closer inspection, the FAQ states that’s the blankets are 80% alpaca and 20% synthetic. But the blanket I received is 80% synthetic and 20% alpaca. That is false advertising and ridiculously expensive for a 80% synthetic blanket.

I ordered this thinking that a “mix” of alpaca would be more than 20% for €90. The item arrived quickly, but with no packing slip and no return details. That isn’t the issue though. I’ve emailed twice requesting to return with zero reply. I’d like to return the item. Please rely.
