After 7th December update of Turnitin no AI rephraser was working properly and removing AI detection. It became very difficult to handle the content because working with the assessments and then getting always flagged as AI was causing serious problems. I was almost at the verge of crying because even Quillbot was not working which I was using from the past 1 year. After too many research and after trying 100s of rephrasers I found it quite authentic because the generated content is not only AI free but also has right tone and output. Recommended for all who are struggling to bypass AI detection.

Service works well. However, I was charged multiple times in a month when I only had one subscription. I reached out to their support via email and in the member's area, but they ignored me and never responded to my concerns. Had to call my bank to help me report the fraud in hopes of getting back my money. Very disappointed with the aftersales service. Will not be using it again unless things improve and change.

The app itself is useful, however their customer service is non existent and they have taken the annual subscription even though I signed up for a monthly amount. I want my money back and I cannot get hold of them. I don’t know who to reach out to now.

The charged amount of $323.64 CAD does not align with the correct monthly or annual rates. They have not refunded me yet.

I had subscribed to their tool which they as promised on their website, was supposed to be activated within 2-4 hours. But after waiting for more than 6 hours it is still not activated. I even contacted the within 10 minutes of subscribing but till now (at the time of writing this review) they haven't responded.

Stay AWAY its a scam. I tried a free trial, and the charged me 72USD. I have tried to contact customer support via their chat and e-mail for 2 weeks.

I subscribed to the platform as a free-trial and later unsubscribed as indicated possible on the website. "5-Day Easy Refund Policy" - "Cancel anytime within the first 3 days." On expiration day they charged me for the entire annual subscription, so I tried to contact them through customer support. No response. I also try through social and they reply like this, "Take Legal Action, You used free trial, It cost f**king money to use the tools." They made fun of me and stole my money. As much as 400 euros. Can you believe it? And this is supposed to be a serious company? Stay away! I will take immediate legal action if they do not refund me immediately.
