Our son, who has autism, had asked Santa to bring him a specific, now discontinued, telephone (phones are his current favourite thing). I was beginning to think it was going to be impossible to get Santa to deliver, until I spoke to Luke at this amazing company. On hearing my issue he could not have been any more helpful and understanding of my plight. Not only did he take the time to search through the warehouse for what we needed, he spoke to his manager Paul who also helped to ensure that Santa will be able to deliver what my little boy has asked for. I called their chat line for some advice about a phone I had bought. The customer service was excellent. My call was answered immediately and the young man was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

I had somewhat of an oddball query and wasn't sure of the exact way to handle it. Luckily, with Paul Hart's assistance and knowledge, we were able to come up with a solution to my query quickly and effortlessly. It's customer service from the likes of Paul that really makes a company stand out from the rest. And PMC Telecom have been added to my list of companies to use in future.

When we place orders we typically deal with Paul Hart, his rapid response time helps us get what we need and all the information we require. Recently we've had an issue with a package not being delivered (this was on Royal Mail's side) and Paul was quick on sending a replacement. Great service.

I was looking for a new webcam and came across PMC by chance. I noticed their phone number was local to us, so called them. The webcam I wanted was in stock so I ordered over the phone there and then. I was told delivery was the next working day, which would have been Monday. To my surprise, it was delivered the next day. I've used the webcam several times now and the visuals and audio quality are excellent. I would definitely use PMC again.

Cannot knock the experience i have had when dealing with Paul, lovely to work with, always gets the job done as quickly as possible and also gives me all the relevant information when necessary. Lovely speaking to him on the phone all round great experience when coming to PMC.

I needed more of the headphones I had previously ordered but they weren't in stock. The person I spoke to helped identify a suitable alternative which were also quite a bit cheaper.
