A week later the new boiler was installed, working perfectly, with no fuss, no mess. Scott was most pleasant, professional and very punctual. I knew Scott previously from him fitting my elderly mother's boiler 2 years previously - she was very impressed with his service so when i needed a new one i contacted Scott. He is very responsible to messages, i sent him photos and then arranged for him to visit to quote - he gave me a quote with different options the same day which was superb and went ahead with boiler installation and new radiators the following week.
