This is like you are trapped and they thretten you that you need to pay the amount even if you dont use the service from the company that you sign up. I really fed up. United Kingdom | 09 November 2023£50 to set up the direct debit in the first place, and then when you cancel, they require one month's notice, so they can rob you of an extra months fees. I will not join another gym that uses this company after I finish with my current gym. Avoid if possible.

United Kingdom | 01 March 2023I can only echo the frustrations of previous reviewers. We cancelled a membership with a martial arts organisation that my daughter went to for several years. We were considering returning to this organisation when my son is a little older as the actual martial arts club was ace. However, having to deal with ‘Simply Collect’ are putting me off as I don’t want them to have my details again. We cancelled months ago and they continue to keep hounding my wife to ‘contact them urgently’ - I have contacted them twice already! Don’t know who this company are, or under what law they operate however they are terrible. If you are having issues with Simply Collect - please rest assured, you’re not alone.

Their correspondence is not only poor but when asking genuine questions they fail to not only answer them but will just send generic e-Mails. I cancelled a membership verbally over the phone with a colleague of this company, at a gym I’d no longer be using. Yet they still hounded me for charges. When emailing a particular person they not only failed to answer, but another reminder was sent a month later while adding a charge. They perform their function to the T. Simply collect money - albeit with zero customer service or compassion.

I have made 6 direct debit payments and they are trying make me pay at 7th direct debit payment before I can cancel. I was only cancelling contract because I'm struggling with the cost of living going up and now they are trying to rob me some more.

Tamzin is always available to answer any of my queries and fix any issues that may have arisen. They have also shown a lot of flexibility and a quick turn around in options for club members during Covid to accommodate for our club members. Will definitely recommend them to other club owners!

The price is great and saves me having to employ my own staff to sort the tasks out of following up arrears. Customer service is great, the team they have are so helpful and when I have an IT question things are quickly sorted out. we would recommend this to fellow nursery owners.
