The service never worked correctly. Emails went on for weeks with "support." The responses were copy+paste. After 6 months, I cancelled, I requested a refund for 3 months, the company management agreed, but only after I followed very specific directions: to open and close a Paypal dispute within 24h for every single payment made. Very strange, but they claimed they had been defrauded and doing this would enable me to get my refund, so I complied. I later understood that closing all the disputes enabled them to never give me a refund, and when I tried to re-open the disputes Paypal closed them siding with this vender and pointed to their terms. Its unfortunate because I had very high hopes for working with them. In the end, I paid thousands of dollars and they blamed me for "not understanding," dispite having worked in software development and marketing for over 15 years. They will undoubtedly try to respond to this review and once again blame the customer.

Fast servers and IPs with excellent reputation. All good, no complaints.

I recently started using this email marketing service and I must say, I am quite impressed. The interface is easy to navigate and the PMTA have a good performance and IP rotation. The automation feature has saved me a lot of time and effort. However, I do have some complaints. The support team could be more responsive and helpful, especially when it comes to the online chat feature. There have been a few times when I needed immediate assistance and the wait time was longer than expected. Additionally, the chat agent was not able to fully resolve my issue and I had to follow up with pmta specialists via support ticket. Despite these minor issues, I still highly recommend it. It has significantly improved my bulk email marketing efforts. I just hope that the support team can work on their responsiveness and effectiveness. Overall, I give this service a 5-star rating.

Over the last year, I have used Cloud Server's dedicated email marketing server, and I must say that it has been a good experience. I've found the server to be really swift, which has helped me send out my campaigns quickly and effectively. The reputation of the IPs in Senderscore was one of the features of the service that truly struck me (97-99). This made guaranteed that my emails reached the inbox and weren't blocked by spam filters. This is a crucial component of email marketing, and Cloud Server's did a fantastic job in that regard. Overall, the service has been quite dependable, and during the last 12 months, I have not had any significant problems. I like the excellent customer service that Cloud Server's offers since it enabled me to handle any little concerns that did emerge immediately. The price of Cloud Server's plans is the one area I believe needs improvement. Although the plans are still reasonably priced, I believe the pricing structure should be improved to better meet the needs of bulk sendings. Because of that I only give 4 starts.

Origin: We have been using Cloud Server for Email for about 2 years. We chose them because they had the best price/feature ratio. We find it easy to create and schedule emails and we have never had a campaign that did not reach the contacts. We have the MailWizz Server service with them. PROs: And that's after trying MailChimp, Constant Contact, Sendinblue and many others. All of them blocked our accounts for SPAM reports, we had years without sending emails, it is normal that some contacts do not remember that they subscribed. Well, with this company we had no problems to clean the database as we were sending and in a few months we had our database fresh. Cons: The attention via online chat, although they respond quickly, they do not attend technical issues, but the technical support attention is done via ticket. And that's when I received an answer after 6 hours of opening the ticket. Although I never had major problems to deal with.

The Bad The worse customer support i have ever experience in my life if you want to lose clients and reputation use these guys. Support takes 3 days to reply, the responses are one-liners and not helpful. The Good Email sending platform really fast

After trying many suppliers, (some of them Indian scammers, I warn you to beware of Indian pseudo-suppliers). I found CSE, although I had my doubts about it after all the bad experiences with similar service providers, I have to say that it is a totally different world, I get attention when I need it and they configure everything without me having to put my hands in the server. Something I appreciate because I don't know anything about programming or server administration. They have invited me to give them my review after having a little more than 2 years with them and well I think it is excellent that they are added to Trust Pilot to maintain transparency, for me everything is fine with them, they are a good alternative to those who do not want to work with companies like ActiveCampaign or MailChimp that cancel the service at the first SPAM report. For me 100% recommended.
