I do not want to sign anything, I, like many others filled in the info to try and find out if we had any finance only, then we could decide if we wanted to proceed. None of their emails have any sort of "UNSUBSCRIBE" section. IN REPLY THE THEIR RESPONSE, At no time did I agree to anything on your site as you required a signature and I was not prepared to leave one.

I was promptly updated upon providing my ID, and my claim is now in progress. So far, Fair has been efficient and professional, and I appreciate the clear communication. I hope the process continues to go well and that they keep me updated on the progress. I will return to update my experience later, but overall, I'm very satisfied with their service so far.
