United Kingdom | 23 February 2025Please read all of this because you wont believe it happened, but it did. Ordered a 9k of kitchen units. When they where delivered they had water damage. Obviously no one quality checks before delivering. Ordered replacement doors. I also noticed the carcass colour was wrong! so had to re- order carcass units. No chance of expediting the order, even though it was there fault. Had to wait another 10-12 weeks!!! Had to cancel the kitchen fitter. Replacement units arrived and had to have the doors fitted. Water damaged items arrived, but wrong items! Ordered again and came water damaged. Veneer on doors not top quality and already splitting. Not suitable for purpose. Honestly its so upsetting to spend this kind of money to feel like you have been done over. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid.

I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again the next time we need it. I would use their fitting team as well as they are used to the products and efficient and effective skilled tradesmen.

The communication was great throughout the whole process and the installation spot on. We'll be returning next year for them to design our family bathroom and ensuite. Would recommend!

United Kingdom | 25 January 2018Yeah seems to be a lot of unhappy people when it comes to this company.i have had the same problem they are smiles when taking your money but after sales is awful probably one of the worst and we have not even had our bathroom fitted yet due to the fact we have to work around the fitters time 9.30-10am plus the fitters they use are not registered what we mean by this is there is not number or email to even get in touch nothing...this was also something which is just not gonna work for us.further more to price a toilet up in 3 separate pieces is also ridiculous.we will be intending to get our money back which I know they will try there hardest to hold onto or make up something to not give us the full amount so we have already planned for this with our solicitor just in case.....My girlfriend was not happy at the fact you have to keep chasing them for information and the way the whole thing was being handled we sent a email again today to outline something..but again no reply and to be fair they have no excuse.which is why we are writing this review not out of anger but at sheer disappointment and sheer abysmal service it really is a joke.So if you do have to purchase a bathroom or kitchen from them please make sure your fitter for one can start at the required time not there’s..check all paper work & I mean check it & prices because they will sometimes charge triple for the same item in another store and someone did tell me they do over over charge x2 for there products while I understand everyone is in business to make a profit but to over inflate things is another matter we was booked in for a March fitting which I can’t see happening now in fact I don’t really want them to fit my bathroom especially if I have to wait until 10am for someone to turn up so may think that’s minor but we just had our kitchen done by another company they was here at 7.30am everyday try searching for before & after projects on this company let me know when you find them please as we have tried another thing we looked at is the reviews if they have been going for years should there not be more reviews instead of the few that are found...if that does not make me more uncomfortable then I truly have not done my research.

United Kingdom | 13 November 2017We have worked closely with reflections on both residential private homes & bespoke apartments & penthouses kitchens and bathrooms - their teams and showrooms are very unique, they're approach to design and client presentation is informative yet approachable and every single one of our projects have run incredibly smooth. I Would highly recommend not only private clients but bespoke developers make a trip into see any member of the teams..

United Kingdom | 01 August 2017We chose the Reflections Team, to help us design & install 7 bathrooms in our new build extension, and I have to say that the team were wonderful. They couldn't have been more helpful & patient when deigning and selecting products, with 7 bathrooms, it can be easily overwhelming, but the sales advisors where more than helpful, they tried each endeavour to get us the look and style we wanted with the overall scheme. Each room we wanted something different and the range of product offered was very diverse. We are now moving on the kitchen & we are certainly using Reflections. I couldn't recommend the showroom more, full of innovative and modern designs and the showrooms are incredibly approachable.

United Kingdom | 04 April 2017Very poor design followed swiftly by the worst after sales service we have ever experienced. If you enjoy having an MD screaming down the phone at you when you dare to raise an issue, this could be the company for you. For everyone else, don't give them your money.
