Very easy process. Fast turn around time and fast payment using PayPal.

They did offer a decent amount for the product I was selling, but I had an issue with the shipment process and EagleSaver wouldn't respond to my numerous voice messages or emails in regards to the issue. I did eventually get my money(after days of frustratingly waiting for a reply), but a follow-up to my concerns with a simple response would have been nice...

The process was painless and easy. I scanned, got a quote, got a shipping label provided, and a few days after my package was shipped and received, I received payment. No complaints.

Horrible. States most expensive item in order was not included along with quite a few other items that were definitely included. This is a bad pattern with this company since this summer and has been documented by many others besides myself. Someone is stealing within this company and they are doing nothing about it! Will not send any more orders to them.

Great experience overall. Easy to use website. Only thing that could be better is more realistic estimate of turnaround time to reflect Eaglesaver's requests to FedEx to delay delivery because of whatever impedes delivery.

I've sold CDs and DVDs to EagleSaver a couple of times now, and both experiences were easy and fast thanks to a free shipping label (with minimum average item value of a reasonable amount), review within a few days of receiving my shipment, and payment via PayPal shortly thereafter. They also offer reasonable rates--one could certainly sell items for more on various marketplaces, but that would require a lot more time.

I have been working with Eagle Saver for four years. They do what they say they will do and are reliable. I recommend them.
