I gave it 4 stars because while I accept that you couldn't take all of my sent items, I would have preferred you included the title of the items not accepted in the email. The only thing provided was the code, which I couldn't identify with the correct movie etc because I no longer had the movie in my possession. Otherwise I am very happy with my usage of your services, thank you.

It was very easy to sell our items to eagle savers. Just enter your item and see how much they are worth , box them up with free shipping and wait for the check to come! They kept in contact through email at every step letting you know what was happening. Great experience!

Every time I want to get rid of some old media, EagleSaver is there to help. They not only save me time and effort, they usually offer pretty fair if not great prices. Sometimes I almost feel like I am ripping them off with the amounts they offer me for old media. I wish some of my better stuff (steelbooks and antique books) had barcodes so I could sell that to them as well. Scanning, shipping, and receiving payment are all quick and easy processes.

Actual quote no so great. I was quoted $65 and sent $40?? I do appreciate it but no thanks to do business again.

I would have given 5 stars if the scanning process was usable. It didn't work most of the time and was frustrating putting in all the numbers using my iPhone. Otherwise, your site was very easy to use and your response was immediate. I have about 400 more music cd's but they didn't meet your minimum requirements, so I must look elsewhere. Thank you for your speedy response.

When selling my CDs to EagleSaver, I only requested one label. I needed a second mailing label but missed the dropdown box where I needed to select "2" instead of the default "1." Thank you for helping me by taking the time to send me a second mailing label. Thank you!

The eaglesaver website was as easy to use as one could be. Payments offered were good compared to other websites. Sending items was convenient. Almost all DVD offerings were accepted. On a more recent use of the website some UPC codes were not recognized as being for the right category (Book, CD, DVD, or Video game).

I found the process of selling dvds very convenient and found the prices offered significantly higher than a competitor’s prices.

We sent 7 books and over 150 CDs, the CDs played just fine, and the books were like new. Eaglesaver rejected one whole order and over half of our second order for “condition”. Of course we aren’t going to go the hassle to have them sent back, we are trying to get rid of them and if we can get a little money for the media all the better. It is a perfect hustle for Eaglesaver to build their inventory with out paying, as people are trying to get rid of this media, they won’t want it back. It is unfortunate because of the time it takes to scan all of these items into their app.
