Ordered a book, as a gift, online following a telephone call, understanding this would be a new item. Received, almost three weeks later, a well worn and damaged book which was obviously not suitable to give as a gift. Did receive a refund, but not including the return postage. Will never use them again.

Martin the owner came to deliver my books but couldn't find house ,so he emailed me saying this.As he delivers books in local area to customers he has a disability. if I wanted to collect at shop or he would post them out.told him my granddaughter help in his shop just to give them to her.they do old books and new ,also cd ,records
