I cannot fault the service provided by Dan and TOP555. I was a little nervous about buying a car 'unseen', especially being a surprise Christmas present for my wife, but Dan was exceptionally helpful, responsive and professional throughout the process which put my mind at rest. The car was delivered precisely on time on an immacalate covered transporter, and as expected, had been very well prepared and was exactly as described. I would highly recommend TOP555 and wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

Top555 as a business, and Dan as the sales executive handling my car, are rare gems in an industry otherwise not known for its customer service. I have experience of main dealers, including ‘flagships’, for Aston Martin, Ferrari, Porsche, Jaguar and Audi. These can vary in quality greatly. Independent dealers however can be outright unscrupulous when dealing in these marques. Top555 is an altogether different business based on my recent experience. In particular, I found Dan to be highly competent, responsive, diligent, accommodating, humble, transparent and above all, honest. From the very first e-mail response to my enquiry (within an hour) to the follow-up e-mail post-collection on a bank holiday during the recent Christmas/NY period, Dan has been impeccable. When I visited the showroom for the first time, the owner of the business (Charles from memory) made it a point to come by and introduce himself. A very thoughtful gesture demonstrating the focus on building customer relationships rather than simply transacting on a car. Perhaps the best example of my wholehearted endorsement for them is the fact that I have left my very rare (1 of 4 in the UK) car with them when picking up the one I bought. They will transport it back to me in a covered trailer but needless to say, I would not have entrusted any other dealer with it! Thank you Dan and the Top555 family.

Professional, Polite, Knowledgeable, top555 have a great team fantastic facility and after collecting my car i have no hesitation in giving the company a glowing reference i was fortunate enough to see the stock in the showroom and i was very impressed. i bought my car over the telephone (apprehensive !!)
