I had used this several times and it was easy and repayment options were easy has well. A serious thing happened and I needed a loan and I was denied for poor performance history. I was never late on payments and have paid off three loans before how is that bad performance. I used them because I had no other option and when serious times came I was turned down. So not sure I know what to think now.

Review # 2 I still haven't received my refund, it's been over a month for something that should've only taken 7-10 business days. I keep getting the run around. Every call they tell me it's been raised to a higher Dept. Now their telling me something about a technical glitch! This company is Horrible! I've made a review with the BBB also. This whole situation is unacceptable by law and professional morals!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! FRAUDULENT PRACTICE HABITS!! There has got to be a class action by now, I'll be looking into that next. And after my 1st review I was told by trust pilot I needed to prove my claims or my review would be removed. I proved my claims, and still have no refund. I returned the phone a month ago, provided them the tracking number and still no refund!!!

You are a horrible company , I got a loan with you as I’m an employer through amazon . Paid my loan off just fine was on time every single time no problem I even paid it off early . I was just told that you changed policy and the people at my employer had to make 36000 a year for a loan . First of all if i made that much a year why would I even apply for a loan I’m so irritated and another thing is if I worked 40 hours a week the entire year I still wouldn’t make that much in a year and no tier 1 at amazon makes that much without overtime . Pretty awful if you to ask me. Narrowed it down to where the only people who can’t get the loan are the people who really need it the most . Thanks for the help guys!!!!!!!

I was applying for a loan and was rejected, my balance is down to $445.23 and pmts are $150.00. Sad that I was rejected because the payment is at its max, which I have kept.

This company claims unlimited internet talk and text but the internet is not unlimited and also their handset is no good at all it's unstable and unusable you can't even scroll with it the only reason I went with this company is because the claim of unlimited internet but I quickly found out that this was not true

I was so happy last year to be able to receive a loan through TruConnect. The money was very much needed for past bills and to travel back home for my Stepmoms funeral. Now fast forward to present time. I am very frustrated with Truconnect now. I paid off my loan early so that I may obtain another loan as my husband lost his job and I needed help with the bills until his paychecks from his new job started coming in. I waited the week it took to be able to reapply just to find out that 3 weeks ago they changed the policy from just your employer tenure ( which I have 5 1/2 years) to tenure and minimum income ( which Im short about 5k). I talked to at least 3 people from TruConnect while trying to clear up my loan payoff and not one person mentioned new policies on loans even though they knew I was trying to reapply for a new loan.

They were great to work with. I received my loan the next day in my account!
