They go through everything explain in language you understand if your not a full biker. What I like most is they don't beat around the bush and are straight to the point always just a phone call away if you have any issues or queries.

I was looking for a Burgman 650 on a limited budget for my brother in law who was having trouble changing gear on his Virago after injuring his foot. After 2 months of looking finally found what looked like a good one and it certainly was. I was dealing from 100 miles away, got great photos and a video sent which showed it didnt suffer from a couple of Burgman issues. They dealt with it in a friendly and professional manner and even stepped in and delivered the bike themselves when the courier company started messing about.
