One thing I look for in a company is how they communicate. This company has great communication, are there to answer all your questions, as well as check up on you. They send you everything you will need for your new weight loss journey.

I started taking my first round of shots almost 4 weeks ago. I've had no negative side effects so far. This so far as been a remarkable experience. The staff is amazing with answering any questions I might have. Tomorrow, Thursday will be my last 2.5 milligram shot. Next week I will start the 5 milligram shots. Which arrived yesterday on my birthday!! I'm excited for my future! I celebrated my 65th birthday yesterday and realized that I don't have to be a prisoner to my weight. I thought about living a full happy life, and I'm thanking God for a second chance. Life is good!!!

I'm very happy with the services with max life. They were helpful with questions and my specific needs my shots and instructions along with everything needed arrived perfectly within a reasonable amount of time. They do a thorough follow up regularly to make sire things are being done correctly and if you have any questions and run through your process of administering as well. I would recommend this company.

Unfortunantly, I am unable to use the syringe needles that I received my medication in. I have been taking the medicine for a few months from another company and switched due to the cost. Anyhow, the medication was delivered to my mailbox w/no phone call. The last company called and delivered it to me in person so the medicine sat in my mailbox for 8 days. That was not ideal but I am ok with it. Once I opened up the package I could not believe the syringes? I can’t use this. Look at pic below. Sorry, no place to include a pic-do NOT order it this way. You definitely need to be a nurse or doctor to use this strange syringe. I called them and stated I need to exchange for vile. They said no - they don’t refund or exchange to unhappy customers. Now, if this is really the case-I am without the medication, I will have to find a new place and this puts me $440.00 loss and 10-14 days behind my schedule? Ughhh! It is frustrating. Why wouldn’t they make it right w/me and exchange it? I will let you know more after I speak to management. Unhappy Customer
