Eva from Customer Support assisted me in getting the right colour hamster cage that was not in stock (by organising with the warehouse manager to get the right colour from their supplier). The online site is easy to use, good prices, and delivery was quick and efficient. The goods arrived safely wrapped and everything was perfect. Ordering was a pleasure, the playpens are great, I would give a 5star except for the courier service was a bit bad, they were scheduled to deliver on the Friday, then they just did not come after assuring me that they would be there, anyway they delivered on the Saturday morning thereafter. 😡Unhappy customer. Was sent an SMS that my package was being delivered and it wasn’t. No call or email to inform me that it wasn’t being delivered. I worked from home that day waiting for the package. Unprofessional, inappropriate and inconsiderate. Will not buy from Shop Playpen again. I have an 11wk old yorkie and needed the playpen.
