The kits were easy to use. Everything was fresh and kept well for a few days in the fridge. Very tasty and much easier than cooking the whole meal from scratch yourself. Portions were also generous. We were very full after a starter and main.

I ordered a few dishes to cook for a dinner party but none of the packets were labelled as to which were for which dish. I figured it mostly but did get a couple of things wrong. Some labels would be useful. Thete seemed to be masses of noodles too. I'm not one to usually comment on the amount of food but it did seem.a lot

To be fair the whole experience was utterly disappointing. First you couldn’t send it on the choosen date and when it arrived, the sprouts were all brown and looked far beyond the best before date .

I was so looking forward to Phomo and i really wanted to love it, but unfortunately it's been a big let down. Starting with the dispatch and delivery, which was a day later and had me all day in waiting for my parcel. I understand this is out of your hands and DPD's issue, but a courtesy text message explaining what happened would have been much appreciated, rather than an email, which most of us don't get to check more than a couple of times a week. The recipes were poorly explained, the ingredients were ok but very overpriced for what you get. The flavour of the dishes weren't anything special at all. Overall I'm disappointed an I'm afraid I won't be purchasing this again.

Discovered Phomo for the first time last week and had our first Chicken Pho this weekend - it was absolutely fantastic - so authentic, and so easy to prepare. Loved it! We will be ordering on a regular basis!

Loved our pho and summer rolls. So tasty and authentic. Really fun to assemble and all the elements were spot on (beef broth has got real depth and the fresh Thai basil is nice touch). Will definite make this a regular thing.

We ordered the 'Family Pho Feast'. It arrived with none of the garnishes shown in the photographs, and the broth was lacking in depth of flavour. The 'meal for 4' fed 3 of us, one of whom is 3-years old. One redeeming feature is that the steak was good quality, and well sliced. Given the reviews, and that the price point is double that of our local London Vietnamese restaurants, I was expecting something special. Overall a very disappointing experience.

Pho was gorgeous and so was the marinated chicken thighs and wings. Very generous portions but wished there was more broth as it wasn’t enough for the amount of rice noodles provided.

Absolutely delicious Pho - all arrived in perfect condition, fresh and chilled, instructions really clear and easy to follow and the final product was delish! Definitely will be ordering regularly!
