I recently ordered from Germany. Everything went smoothly, quickly and without complications. The items were already with me three days alter payment. Well packaged and complete. I would order here again at any time.

We had some issues. They have been resolved now. I ended up having to spend more money on the radio than I anticipated due to a batch of bad RF boards that were included in the second batch of kits. I'm truly sorry this transaction went bad. There is no warranty on these kits so be aware of that before making your purchase. My kit worked for under a month with the poor efficiency problem on 20 meters. I made contacts on 5 continents with this radio in 20 countries using only an EFHW antenna, then the receiver stopped working. The receiver issue is documented on the DL2MAN forum. roWaves admitted to me in an email that they were aware of the receiver issue and that the problem was with the board manufacturer. roWaves resolved this by sending me a new RF board after I ordered something else from their website to cover the shipping costs. I still think this issue could have been avoided if more testing would have been done before shipping kits with bad boards. Just my opinion as a customer who had to deal with the bad board. There were two entries for this review on Trustpilot. One entry was unintentional and I did not intend to skew roWave's rating. My first entry disappeared on the web browser on my phone and I did not see that it was appearing on Trustpilot. I have removed it. Good luck!

I ordered my Trusdx kit late on Friday and it was delivered Wednesday morning excellent service and delivery time. Today ma PA-100 arrives with a complete check list for MY linear with serial number. Never saw that befor. Communication was perfekt. They respond very fast. You have to be patient for delivery as everybody fights with short supply materials. All in All a very pleasant experience and a great Amp for my Icom 705

I was apprehensive about purchasing expensive goods overseas, but my fears were irrational. Andrej was responsive to all my questions and provided excellent communication to keep me informed of where my amp was in the build process. The amplifier was better than I expected and arrived safely!
