Our adviser Peter walked us through the whole process and completed most of the paperwork with us at our home. He got us a better deal than we could from one of the main high street banks. Hassle free and friendly.

All started fine, fairly quick emails back and forth, sent all my details off, and anything else that was requested. Then nothing, few weeks later I got an email saying "I'm still working on this in the background, bear with me" So I left it, a month later I sent a follow up email, and never heard anything back. So now this company has all my details, ID, bank statements, AST agreements etc, and now I'm being ignored. Would not recommend this company or Anthony Vickers especially. As it stands my last email received from Anthony was 25'th June. It's now 18'th August.. Abysmal professionalism.
