Really great service by Gogoprint Singapore. Staff were attentive in letting me know the print quality may not be great (based on the file I had submitted), and allowed me to make changes accordingly.

Printed Postcards with them and they printed correctly first round. On 2nd round with the same artwork they printed what i intended as bleedlines as the artwork itself. I have sent in the exact SAME file as the first one for proof check. I would assume there's partial fault for my approval, however when i turned over to the second page, my text have been shifted. It's either they shifted my first image to fit ( when the dimensions were above 4 by 6" - ANY PRINTER WOULD KNOW ) or they shifted my text without any consent. Am awaiting for my REFUNDS or at least a reprint please.

Kevin was helpful and kind. My namecards and flyers turned out perfect. Just be sure to give yourself time at least 7-10days before the day of yr product/biz launch so that there is room for any editings to be done.

Was initially extremely annoyed with the red packets I received a few months ago, it turned out brown! Initially wanted to have my red packets printed in wine, I gave a pantone code colour that was near wine/deep dark red. However, their customer service staff did email me to let me know that the packet will turn out brownish but as I was extremely rushing for things to complete, I merely looked at the before/after print colours they sent me and did not notice that they did inform me that the after colour will be (that) brownish. A few weeks later, my brown packets order came but gogoprint's Christy was extremely patient with me to correct this order. I am really thankful for this as it would be a huge joke for the Chinese people to be distributing BROWN packets instead of anything similar to the auspicious red. Did a reprint at no cost. Everything is in order now, thankful for their help!

Update: Gogoprint has reprinted my postcards using ‘310gsm’ paper (as per their advice). I appreciate their effort and generosity to reprint them for me. Although it’s still thinner compared to another local printer’s 300gsm postcard, it definitely feels a bit sturdier than the first print out. ——————————— I’m giving it a 3 because the paper quality of my postcards were so thin. It is not even the weight of a regular postcard. Service was ok. Postcards were delivered on time. But I am just shocked by the weight of the paper. I sent and receive up to 50 postcards a week. I understand postcards and their postcard’s paper weight is far from regular weight. It bend when you hold the postcard upright

My first try of 50pcs stickers for my team. I gave them 5 stars for all category. CS was efficient. Even gave me a call to check my email on the suggested revised artwork. Process and delivery was fast and efficient too. Product came out fantastic. Material was good, color and printing was really sharp! I will definitely order more from them. Gonna try other materials.

If the product come out well, would rate 5 stars for customer service. -------------------------------------------------------- I recently just ordered a 250 stickers, 200 postercards and 100 name cards and service was terror. I was thinking maybe I can try singapore printing service but this was really sad. Just take the stickers printing as example. As per my designs 3X3cm was way too small, so I purchase a bigger sizing for the stickers, some was 5X5, 6X6 and 7X7cm and different size had different price, that was okay. Then they told me to provide in Vector and they suggest to print in square or rectangle, is okay i think. since I can cut it myself. But to my horror, the final cutting they just dump the art within the square leaving many spaces. Like at least can use up either the height or width space and this is just part of it. The name card was not even centered. Seriously... people have to pay for those space. If your staff really cant be bothered so much. dont expect any returning customers.
