Italy | 01 February 2025Not my first order with Muziker, the usual great choice, good prices and great customer support. Probably not their fault, but it took almost 3 weeks for the parcel to arrive, when I received it the box was damaged, only kept together with some tape (marked BRT, the Italian company that took over the parcel from DPD). Fortunately the items I ordered were in perfect conditions. I tried to contact (in that oder) the local BRT Italian depot, the Slovakian DPD support and lastly the Austrian DPD one. It only got sorted by Muziker professional customer service (and a bit of luck!). Unfortunately DPD and BRT online tracking system was useless and those I contacted didn't have a clue where the parcel might be. Now I am afraid to order again because of that because of the experience with the shipping. Muziker, please take notice!
