Matt adapts and caters for all abilities, and the eyes in the back of his head means there's no cheating 😄 His sessions are Covid safe and during lockdown adapted to be delivered through Zoom. If you want to get fit, meet a great bunch of friendly and supportive people then this is for you.😊👌

He’s there to push you, but he appreciate’s that everyone’s at a different level. As someone said in the last class. The sessions never get easier as you get better you are then pushed harder!

Matt the instructor pushes each individual to their own ability and has eyes in the back of his head so no chance to slack 😀 It’s also a good laugh and a great way to meet new friends.

Matt is an excellent instructor who pushes you to do your very best while making sure that each exercise is done properly to avoid injury. I have met some great people and haven’t done the same workout twice! Everyone is different and a great mix of cardio and strength work.
