I was recommended to Landmark by someone who had moved successfully with them twice and that has turned out well for me. I was selling for the first time after living in my home for 30 years. Andy gave good advice on not spending money on the property prior to marketing. He showed prospective purchasers round and kept me informed about their feedback. The stage from offer to exchange was complicated and Andy acted as middleman to sort out outstanding issues. The rest of the team were supportive during the final stages and all were unfailingly pleasant and polite. Highly recommended.

As a first time buyer, Andy helped me find my flat and was always available to answer my questions and ensure I was kept up to date on any progress. The whole team were friendly and Andy was always on hand to help with any issues and to provide advice where needed. When it all went through, the team where there to congratulate me as I collected the key. When you're dealing with something as important as buying or selling a property, the personal touch is really important and so I cant recommend Landmark enough.

Would thoroughly recommend Landmark Lettings as we received great service during our tenancy. Nothing was too much hassle for them to deal with and everything was fixed/replaced within days of reporting. We especially appreciated how quickly they arranged contractors to fix our boiler that broke 2 times in 2 days in the middle of winter! We were very impressed with their level of professionalism and were grateful how quickly they'd answer our queries about the property.
