United Kingdom | 09 November 2018Positives: Professional Always on the other end of a phone Friendly Negatives: There were a few times where I thought things could have been done a little quicker (I had to go without a shower for a couple of weeks!) and there was a reluctance to fixing things that I thought needed to be fixed but you could also say that that is the nature of renting... Overall I've had a good experience with Pilgrims Lettings and you can't go too wrong if you choose to do business with them
