Sungage can’t fix my solar and they won’t help me. SUN4 does not understand what Key West needs and Sungage is enabling them.

Sungage is easy to work with. No issues and no reason to communicate beyond emailing. Everything went as planned. I'd definitely use them again if they were an option.

THE PROCESS WAS SMOOTH, AND THE INSTALERS DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB.

Easy to get folks on the phone . Received email to confirm install had been completed before it had been completed. Had to complete new paper work for change of payment accounts. Reps were helpful but one person one person offered different directions. At some point I felt that esolar and Sungage were not communicating with each other.

From beginning to end Sungage made the process simple to understand and easy to do.

Low rates, helpful people, easy to complete

These guys partnering with a local solar company name Mana Management Hawaii LLC fraud people into install solar for the house. This company stop the project after they received all the funds. Now I am stuck with utilities bill plus over $100K in debt and bunch of solar panels collecting dusts on top of my roofs. Stay away from this financing company as they will partner with who knows how many fraud/scamming company out there to get you in debt.

We had a very positive experience. My only suggestion is that you provide a way to pay the vendor in installments. Although we are installed, we are not yet operational as we wait for Eversource for the final pieces.

They arrived as scheduled and immediately started the project, appeared to be very organized, polite when answering my questions...very professional!

Job was completed on time. The crew cleaned up and left everything as they found it. Very good job. Keep me informed on what was going on.

Had delays in getting my solar installed so I had to extend the time frame for my loan. Dan Eaton was very helpful is getting the extension done. I'm very thankful. Dan represents your company very well.
